Jastram Engineering

Jastram Engineering was established in 1989 with design, sales and manufacturing operations based in Vancouver, BC. The North Vancouver factory produces a full product range of steering gears, including steering controls and motor starters with integral alarms thus ensuring one-source responsibility for the entire steering system.
Steering systems are built with precision components carefully matched to ensure long life and exceptional performance in all operating conditions. A modular product concept provides flexibility when applications require specific features or a short delivery.

The Company is "ABS type" approved in both design and manufacturing of steering cylinders. Jastram also operates within the guidelines of the ISO 9000-2000 QA standard to ensure the continuing leadership in the design and manufacturing of steering systems.

Jastram Technologies, a sister company, distributes numerous quality marine products. With sales offices in BC, Ontario, and Nova Scotia Jastram Technologies supplies Canada with products such as Hamilton Jet, Fernstrum keel coolers, Technicon sound insulation, Marine lighting, navigation and search lights and more.
